Not only did we get great quality rugs at a very reasonable price , the service that Byron offered was exceptional. Like an interview for rugs , Byron brought the rugs , laid them and let us decide, after giving us helpful guidance.  He then gave us a cleaning demo with a machine that he also , helpfully supplied.
