- Items returned within 3 working days of delivery to the client, returned in their original packaging and condition at dispatch, will be considered for a refund at the discretion of BK Carpets Pty (Ltd)
- All costs relating to the return of goods are for the client’s account and will be deducted from the credit amount
- There will be an R400 Handling Fee per Rug. If an order is canceled prior to dispatch, we will charge a 15% administration fee.
- Should a refund not be granted, a credit for the same value of the purchase less return costs incurred will be issued to the client for use with BK Carpets Pty (Ltd).
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Refunds are offered in the original method of payment and may take up to 5 working days to process. EFT and credit card refunds may take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
- If a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied for some reason, BK Carpets & Rugs reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment or process a credit to the client for the same amount.
- BK Carpets & Rugs cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of a product having been incorrectly handled.
- BK Carpets Pty (Ltd) will not be held liable for product faults resulting from the incorrect display, incorrect use or incorrect cleaning of products.
